It seems that the first two steps mentioned in your Science paper, i.e. computing issimilarity matrix and multidiemensional scaling, are not processed in the code. Would you mind offering any recommendations as we use doidt function, shall we use the original feature matrix or process the first two steps on our own and feed the doidt function with the the transformed matrix? Thanks.
