This pull request simplifies the UI build configuration by moving the logic for building docker image directly in delivery.yaml. This change eliminates the previous issue where the IMAGE_TAG was incorrectly formatted upon merging to master, ensuring the tag is generated correctly and consistently within the deployment pipeline.
