In the original game losing SpySat reshrouded the map which doesn't seem to happen here. Of course we have FoW here by default, but still would be an issue if the player has it disabled. I think that's out of scope of this PR tho, so approving, but perhaps the issue should be kept open or a new one should be opened on that.
