Feature description
Please implement a built-in Network Settings section that supports HTTP/SOCKS5 Proxy/Tunneling. The goal is to allow the app to route its traffic through a specific proxy (like Orbot or a custom server) independently, without requiring a system-wide VPN. The UI should have fields for Proxy Host, Port, and a toggle to enable/disable it.
Why do you want this feature?
YouTube frequently blocks my IP address. The problem I mentioned in #13244 .Currently, the only workaround is using a device-wide VPN, which is inconvenient because it slows down all other apps and drains more battery. Having an in-app proxy would allow me to bypass these IP blocks specifically for NewPipe while keeping my other apps on my regular, faster network. I'm not a developer, but this idea came to my mind, I wonder how possible it really is.
Additional information
YouTube frequently blocks my IP address, resulting in "HTTP 429" (Too Many Requests) errors.
