…file. (#8947)

(cherry picked from commit e2437a4)

What do these changes do?

Export aiohttp.tracing.TraceRequestHeadersSentParams into the top level file. (init.py)

Are there changes in behavior for the user?

In typehinting on_request_headers_sent, params now become aiohttp.TraceRequestHeadersSentParams instead of aiohttp.tracing.TraceRequestHeadersSentParams.

Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?

No.
