Keys double press on Windows (inside branch selector)

Description

Windows double press error was fixed in 0.41, but same problem occurs inside branch creation dialog,
when showed multiple branches / options. Tab or Up or Down buttons fires twice.

Similar to #385 , but occurs only inside branch selection popup / input.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open gitu
2. Press m (Merge)
3. Branch selector showed
4. Press Tab or Up or Down

Expected result

Single moves selection to one element, same with arrows keys.

Actual result

Pressing Tab or Up or Down results in the branch selection shifting by 2 positions instead of one.
