Unlink daemon liveness is sampled at ADD_PROCESS and lags the exit worker #1592

has_alive_unlink_daemon() (agnocast_kmod/agnocast_ioctl.c:806) scans proc_info_htable, which exit_worker_thread drains asynchronously, so a daemon killed abruptly still reads as alive and a process registering in that window is not told to spawn a replacement.

Checking PF_EXITING on the entry's task instead of trusting the table would narrow that window to the time between the signal and do_exit().
