Remove local copies of the relaxed-simd test suite

In #5892 the *.wast tests from the upstream relaxed-simd test suite were copied into this repository under tests/misc_testsuite/relaxed-simd. These tests should be removed once the WebAssembly/testsuite repository is updated.
