This should fix CI. I did a single PR with 2 different problems to have a clean CI in one go
There were 2 issues, each fixed by its own commit:
!. For some reason it did not show in CI in the PR itself, but once merged it started to appearDesignerActionPanel, which was not annotated yet in the branch of this PRMicrosoft Reviewers: Open in CodeFlow
