Outcome

While a pack run is working, Studio names the real transcript stages (pack identity → captions → transcript → events), shows a ~45s ETA, and offers Retry transcript on failure or a stuck poll. Caption wait copy does not invent transcript text.

  • Transcript panel stage + retry control in OneLoopStudio
  • Elapsed timer stays live while status === 'processing' after processVideo returns

  • Player loading/error (C), export toast (D), review_action cards (E), overclaim copy (G)
  • Ship checkout

Risk

• Failure mode: Stage label lags actual backend stage because we infer from elapsed/progress, not invented SSE events.
• Rollback: revert this PR; Studio returns to “Fetching transcript…” / “Waiting on captions…”.
