Continues #2009 and preserves Hunter Johnston’s commits and the existing unstable_Drawer API.

• Merge current main and adopt its package aliases and Vitest setup. Drawer now uses the same outside-click validation as the other Bits UI components.
• Correct the preview import, snap point and swipe direction examples, and focus guidance. Add a vaul-svelte migration skill with component and prop mappings, styling guidance, and behavior that requires manual migration.
• Cover backdrop dismissal, focus and nested stacks, non-modal behavior, swiping in all four directions, edge opening, release velocity, scroll handoff, exit transitions, and listener cleanup.

Validation

• 124 Drawer and dismissible-layer browser tests passed across Chromium and WebKit.
• Package build, package and workspace type checks, lint, 157 utility tests, 11 script tests, and skill validation passed. The workspace test check reports one existing Select fixture accessibility warning.

Real-device iOS Safari keyboard behavior still needs a manual check.
