Fixes #1353
Different from #1428, this change will add whitespace around the existing stack views instead of stretching them the size of the window.
This PR also adjusts the corner radius of the footprint window for Tahoe.
Note that the MASShortcut button alignment is fixed by rxhanson/MASShortcut#3
