fix(pdb-min-available): match deployments with matchExpressions selectors - #1292
pdb-min-available turns each DeploymentLike selector into a label set with labels.ConvertSelectorToLabelsMap. That fails for any selector with matchExpressions, and the error is returned for the whole check, so a single such Deployment in the namespace makes every PDB there report:
Failed to retrieve deployments matching the PDB's label selector within namespace test: invalid selector: [app in (web)]
instead of being checked.
This change matches the PDB selector against the labels the pods get: the pod template labels, plus the selector's matchLabels (which every pod of a valid object carries). dangling-service already matches against pod template labels the same way. With no error left to report, getDeploymentLikeObjects no longer returns one.
kube-linter lint --do-not-auto-add-defaults --include pdb-min-available on main reports the error above. With this change it reports The current number of replicas for deployment web is equal to or lower than the minimum number of replicas specified by its PDB.
Tests: two new cases in pdbminavailable (a matchExpressions Deployment the PDB selects, and an unrelated one that must not break the check). Both fail on main. go test ./pkg/templates/... ./pkg/command/... and golangci-lint run ./pkg/templates/pdbminavailable/... pass.

The check turned each DeploymentLike selector into a label set with
ConvertSelectorToLabelsMap, which fails for matchExpressions. One such
Deployment in the namespace made every PDB there report "Failed to
retrieve deployments matching the PDB's label selector" instead of
being checked.
Match the PDB selector against the pod template labels plus the
selector's matchLabels, like dangling-service does with pod templates.

Minimum-availability checks now correctly account for workloads selected through label expressions. Matching workloads are included in the check, while unrelated workloads do not trigger a diagnostic.
Jobs and CronJobs without extractable selectors are skipped during matching, preventing unrelated workloads from producing a diagnostic.
Workloads without a replica count are skipped, and Jobs selected by a disruption budget with minAvailable set to zero do not produce a diagnostic.
The PDB minimum-available check now matches workloads using pod-template labels combined with selector MatchLabels. It skips workloads without replica counts. The retrieval helper no longer returns an error.

Summary
Workload selector matching and replica handling pkg/templates/pdbminavailable/template.go, pkg/templates/pdbminavailable/template_test.go
The matching helper combines pod-template labels with selector MatchLabels and no longer returns an error. The caller skips objects without replica counts. Tests cover matching and non-matching Deployments, Jobs and CronJobs without selectors, and a Job with minAvailable set to zero.
The PDB check can proceed to normal merge checks; no actionable merge-blocking issue is established.

extract.Selector returns a nil selector for a Job or CronJob that omits
it, and reading its matchLabels panicked. Match those against their pod
template labels only.

The red codecov/project is unrelated to this change: Codecov is comparing against an old base, dbd7529 (its report says it is 375 commits behind main), so every open PR currently shows about -30%: #1290 is at 32.24% (-30.12%) and #1285 at 31.92% (-30.44%), both against dbd7529. codecov/patch here is 100% of diff hit.
A PDB that selects a Job, CronJob or DaemonSet compared the 0 returned
by extract.Replicas as a replica count and reported it even with
minAvailable: 0.
