PeoplePC has been acquired by EarthLink, so we should use their configuration instead. The domain has disappeared from their docs but still resolves, so I imagine there might still be folks out there using it.
Goo Mail has shut down in November (https://japan.cnet.com/article/35239652/), but it looks like the servers are still up and running, I'm not sure when they'll fully shut down the service.
I've verified these configs with
openssl s_client ...to see if there are servers where we expect them, but do feel free to double check.Closes #177
