stable-25-1: cross version tpc-h test

Кросс версионный тест: запускаем tpc-h на кластере с разными версиями (24-4 и 25-1), проверяем что результат соответсвует каноничному.

Тест в состоянии выявить проблему с изменением хеш таблицы ( #4364 )
