How was this PR tested?

⚠️ This feature is tested with TIER IV bus reference design's branch.

1. Set th_distance_to_middle_of_the_road to 0.0
2. Run PSIM

TIER IV Regression Tests

⚠️ The scenario test is conducted with th_distance_to_middle_of_the_road=0.5 and enable_back=true. This feature use case is very specific.
