This PR consolidates path translation error messages by removing the generic MessageFailedToTranslatePath localization string in favor of the more informative MessageFailedToTranslate which includes the actual path that failed to translate. Additionally, it improves error handling consistency by changing a LOG_ERROR to LOG_WARNING in util.cpp for non-fatal path translation failures.
Key changes:
- Removed duplicate localization resource
MessageFailedToTranslatePath - Updated error messages to use
MessageFailedToTranslate(path)which includes the failed path for better diagnostics - Optimized util.cpp to compute the warning message once and improved logging severity from ERROR to WARNING
