Refreshes every Hermes page that still tells people to set up Hindsight the pre-catalog way.

What was actually wrong. Fifteen pages documented hermes memory setup with no hermes plugins install hindsight before it. For an existing user that is merely dated; for anyone setting up fresh today those instructions fail, because installing the provider is now a separate step.

Guides (8 files, 8 code blocks) are corrected in place. They are evergreen how-tos, so they should be right rather than annotated:

hermes plugins install hindsight
hermes memory setup # select "hindsight"

Three of them also gave the instruction inline in prose, which is fixed too. The holographic deep dive keeps its plain hermes memory setup block where it selects holographic; only its Hindsight block gains the install line.

Blog posts (7 files) get a banner, not a rewrite. They are dated records of what was true when published, and the house pattern is an admonition after the cover image. Six now carry "Setup has changed since this post", pointing at What Changes Now That Hindsight Is a Hermes Plugin (#4879).

The seventh is a fix to an existing banner: the 2026-03-17 post's "Deprecated" note said "Hermes now ships with a native Hindsight memory provider," which stopped being true when Nous removed the bundled copy on 2026-09-23. It now describes the catalog install and points to the same post.

Hermes Desktop gets a note saying it migrates on first agent start and that nothing in that guide changes, since desktop users never touch the plugin layer.

Skills mirror regenerated via generate-docs-skill.sh.

Not changed: the phrase "native memory provider" throughout. Hindsight is still a first-class Hermes memory provider; only its distribution moved. Rewriting that everywhere would be churn without a reader benefit.

- Point every banner at the post #4879 actually merged as
  (/blog/2026/10/01/hindsight-hermes-plugin-what-changed, "What Changes Now
That Hindsight Is a Hermes Plugin"); /blog/2026/09/28/migrate-hindsight-hermes-plugin
  does not exist.
- Holographic deep dive: revert the install line on the block that selects
holographic; it told readers to install hindsight and pick "hindsight".
- Hermes Desktop: move the catalog note out of the tip instead of nesting
  two same-depth admonitions.
- Rebase onto main now that #4879 has merged.
