style(paperclip): format plugin.spec.ts with prettier - #5290

`verify-generated-files` runs lint.sh after the generation scripts and then fails on the diff, so main has been red since #5268 landed this file unformatted. lint.sh only formats an integration whose files are dirty (`integration_changed`), which is why a clean local run does not catch it.

lint.shformats an integration only when that integration already has uncommitted changes(
