Move the GitHub-hosted runners of this repository to
ubuntu-24.04.ubuntu-22.04toubuntu-24.04: 10 linesubuntu-22.04-armtoubuntu-24.04-arm: 1 line, plus the table in.github/overall-ci-infrastructure.mdubuntu-latesttoubuntu-24.04: 4 linesubuntu-latestalready runs theubuntu-24.04image, so theubuntu-latestlines only pin the label.A job that runs in a
container:usesubuntu-latest, because the container sets the environment. Files that are synced from sync-file-templates do not change here. They get the new runner from the sync-files PR.The arm64 row of
build-and-test-daily.yamlmoves toubuntu-24.04-arm. GitHub has nolatestlabel for arm64.The
